Goal Update
This entry is for Monday, it will be a week on since I started my goal. I'm on target so far. Maintaining 6 stone 9 at the moment.
I haven't done any diary entries recently, not been online for a while. Will try and write more often.
As for my fitness goal I had the start date for Monday 11th so I wont change the progress untill next Monday. I've been exercising but not on the treadmill. Just been doing lots of sit ups/crunches, squats, and leg exercises. 100 of each at a time. I try and do it in the morning and then again at night.
