Today I feel numb.  I don't want to talk to anyone, if it was for me I would not even go to work.  I just want to be alone.  I don't feel sad or anything just numb.  I'm not really thinking about anything either.  I do feel very tired and overwhelmed from work. 

But I do know that I needs  hug....all the ones that I can get...

I wish my mother would understand me and give me a hug w/o any words.
