Lights Out?? Does anyone besides me feel like this is the dumbest idea ever! Does anyone stop to think how many crimes will be commited during that hour? Not everyone has a good heart!! I for one will not be participating! Unamerican? I think Not! We can not let our guard down with terrorists around. I for one want to keep my family safe.
