I forgot to let you all know that I got my problem getting my pharmacy insurance holder to pay for my Stalevo anymore straightened out and now they are  paying for it again.  Thank you, Lord.  Thanks also for those who prayed in my regard. Anyway in case anyone else comes acoss this problem for any of their meds there is a form that the doctors and staff are privy to that they can send to the Rx carrier with the doctor's sig that you are required to take this med for your health. Ha!  That took over 2 weeks and it's a good thing my doc gave me samples while this was going on or I would have been without them that whole time.  Why do they think you would be getting a prescription for something that the doctor didn't think you needed!  This world gets goofier by the minute!  Have a great day anyway!  This is the day the Lord hath made be happy and rejoice in it.  Jan

   I had the same problem with Stalevo. My insurance didn't have it in their data base. My doctor is very good about giving samples. But it just didn't work on me, so I am back onf Mirapex and sinement. If God awesom? He always comes through? Sassafras
