About Me
I am divorced after 19 year married and 7 years dating. My ex is convicted of raping my 16 year old daughter and it had been going on for 4 or more years. He is serving 11 years. I am heart broken and trying to hold our world together. My girls are my life. They keep me going. I am learning to make decisions and be on my own. Each day I grow stronger. I have been a personal assistant for 12 years. I enjoy my job. I pray each day for strength and peace. My girls keep me grounded and focused .
Interests
I enjoy the country life. I like to bake. My kids are my main interst. I like to garden, chrochet, movies, and I like to travel. I enjoy the ocean and walking on the beach.

Close Breakups & Divorce
I am in a place where I never thought I would be. Not only am I going through a divorce my ex is criminally charged with a felony and I have had to deal with all that. I have had to deal with 3 attorneys. Life is unfair when you don't have the ahppily ever after you planned for. My ability to trust is virtually nonexistant, especially with men. I had been with my husband since I was 16. I have learned to be strong and show my girls we will survive inspite of what has happened to us.

- It was helpful to help with the challenging parenting and to have support in decisions concerning the kids.

- I try to keep busy and not let my self have too much time to think about the divorce and him. I know I need to but I don't allow this to take up alot of time. I spend time with my girls and gardening, yard sales and cooking as well as doing summer fun things

- my dog is great therapy , he is always glad to see me and is very loving, he makes me smile

- My friends have been awsome they have not judged me and have listened and supported me and gave me a hug when I needed one. They have watched my girls,and have helped .
