i havent seen or heard from my dad since i was a todler, but he continues to give me pain and was one of the reasons why i was depressed and self harmed, im pending on whether i should find him and contact him as i found this website before that finds people and i found my dad but didnt do anything about it...

ive always been a little bit shy, but im trying to come out of my shell a bit, but the problem sometimes is, is that if i meet someone new ill be a bit over hyper and can come across as weird and annoying, its kinda like a defence mecanism, but if i fall for someone its like my tongues been cutt off...lol
