    I am 44 and just found out I have Osteoathritis. Been having pain starting from my shoulders all the way down to my hand and this is in both arms not just one. Its really painful. Hope to meet new poeple with this problem to get some insight and how to relieve the pain a little. Billie

      Christmas is a good time for people to come together,and spreed good cheer,for those in the world with less also to the sick, and old and disabled,and all the caregivers, our troops,and there family`s, of victoms killed and there family`s` supporters. We all need hugs somtimes! Ho Ho Ho We are getting lots of snow!! here,and brrrr...is it cold lol...Take care and write anytime..cheers to family and friend,and the tip for today is never eat yellow snow!! XXXX HUGSXXXX

      I been having problems with my waist shoulders arms elbow and hands.I just found out I have OA well guess you can say from the waist up. Hope to learn more about Arthritis and what to do to ease the pain. And of course meet new people. Billie
