213 Days of LDN

43 Days of Neprinol

13 Days of Elations

I didn't want to jinx it but these past few days feels like I'm getting better at an alarming pace.

Normally I wake up and my jaw is hard to open.  No problem there this morning.  My hands were a little stiff, yes, and a few aches and pains, yes, but I would say, not really much more than a day after a tough workout.  My feet are a bit sensitive when I get up in the morning, but after the shower, not really.

I've been walking down the stairs with complete ease the last two days.  At night for three days now, I have had no stiffness, no pain.  So I'm only experiencing morning stiffness now.  This is very unusual.

My pointer finger can not touch the palm of my hand, but the other three can.  My ring has been consistently looser than it has been in two years.  When it falls off, I'll know I'm really better!!

My flexibility in my wrists have improved dramatically.  I would say they can bend at about an 75% angle, when before the could bend no more than 35%.

After a workout, normally when I get off the eliptical I notice my RA, and as I walk down the stairs, I notice that I'm stiff but these days I have no stiffness, no problems.  My left forearm still has yet to improve....as it is still more swollen than the right.  But in retrospect, it's much less swollen than it was a year ago, even months ago.

Ankles aren't swollen any more.  My fingers don't have that "squishy" swollen feel when you touch the nuckles.  I still have either a gangliod cyst or swelling in my elbows.  When I put my elbows down, it feels like I have two elbows....make sense?

My mental state could be better, but heck, my medicines don't promise anything with that.  As long as I don't overuse a body part, I "forget" that I have RA.  I almost feel guilty.

I hope everyone is doing great!!  Best wishes, Sarah
