210 Days of LDN

40 Days of Neprinol

10 Days of Elations

Sometimes my counts for my medicines aren't exactly right............I missed one day this weekend of LDN and at the same time, missed my Neprinol...well, just took a fourth of the amount due to the fact that I ate food all day long and it was at someone else's house so even if I had stopped eating, I couldn't have taken the Neprinol anyway.  The next morning, I did notice a difference.  I was a bit more stiff.  Or could it have been the large amount of food and wine I was drinking?  Or a combo?  Either way, honestly, I wasn't too bad off.

In fact, I've consistently now woken up and had an easier time lifting my arms and walking down the stairs in the morning.  It isn't dramatic and is so slight that it's debatable.  But I truly think the Elations in particular mgiht be doing some good.  The product claims to give it one month and if you don't knotice an improvement then you get your money back.  So it's curious, but I do think there is something to it.

As well, I'm sure that another 20 days of Neprinol, I might feel even more of a difference.  I'm looking forward to my 6month mark when I'm hoping, that I'll be in remission.  Am I crazy to think that way?  I don't think so.....as it's a long way off and by then, I may have added yet another experiment to the mix.

Saturday I went to a chiropractic appointment.  Although I don't have insurance, she said for me (she's my friend) that I could come in for $20.  The bummer part is, she's leaving for probably good to China by this Saturday.  Her appointments are more theraputic than adjustment.  She does this rotation thing with my arm, and then stretches it.....omg, it's like a love/hate feeling because it hurts like a really good massage does, but even more so.  She'll put pressure on a knot in fact, while she stretches my arm, so I'm getting a dubble whammy sensation.  At the end of it however, I feel as good as gold.  In fact, my arm didn't hurt for the rest of the day, but by the next day, sure enough, I started to get that annoying feeling again.  I asked her what she thought it was caused from, and she thinks it's my RA and recommended that i go to some place that has $15 massages to "break it up", she said.  For some reason, my muscles get in terrible knots, especially in my upper arms and shoulders.  the pain seems to radiate from behind my shoulder blade.

I've still been feeling a little down in the dumps and now I can't even figure out why.  Perhaps it's because I've always gone through stages of being a little depressed here and there.  Perhaps it's the change of weather?  Or perhaps it's the uncertainty of my future?  Maybe not taking all my supplements is affecting me.  I use to take the DLPA which does affect your mood, and to fit in the Neprinol, I've given up on all supplements for now just to make room for all my Neprinol supplements.  I still take airborn every day and swear by it.

I've noticed lately I haven't been thinking about my arthritis as much these days.  That's a good sign.  I think the pain is decreasing, and physical impairments are becoming less, so that I'm thinking of it less.

I still haven't caught the big fish yet.  Even though they are considering us for a big project, it's still a bit up in the air.  I went out to lunch with the guy who has a little pull on the matter, and who originally got our name out there, but even though he keeps hounding his boss's to give us the work, they are still "thinking about it".  We are up against some guy who works for E entertainment.

I think in the end, we'll probably get it, but I don't want to get my hopes up.

Well, that's it.  I hope everyone is doing great!

That's a good thing that you're not thinking about RA. That's why hiking has been a blessing for me. Very emptying of all the noise, and then there's just whatever is around me. Well, mostly.

Shoulder "stuff," particularly around the scapula is pretty common if you're carrying any tension. If you feel pain, you carry tension, so pain relief by itself will probably help. But I agree that a mini-massage is a good way to go. Have the therapist work the rotator cuff muscles, and neck muscles that attach to the scapula. If you like, I can give specific muscles, if you have a therapist who knows their anatomy. Southern CA? I don't know.

Crazy to hope for remission? No way. We gotta do that.
