A true friend apologizes when he or she has done you wrong, and the wrongs are small ones.
A true friend is available to you 24/7 - need has no time frame, nor does true friendship.
A true friend is quick to forgive your wrongs when you apologize.
A true friend will never betray you, cut you down or turn on you.
A true friend may be thousands of miles away, or right next door.
A true friend will offer you the coat off his or her back.
A true friend will go the extra mile or two for you.
A true friend will defend you against unrighteous judgments of of others.
A true friend will never demand an apology, especially unjustly.
A true friend will be honest with you, but will also try to protect you.
A true friend will ask and expect little, but will be grateful for what you offer.
