  bless! maybe you should get a book on wales, i guess typical welsh stuff i would list is, big hills, rain rain and rain! long welsh names of towns like where i live in welsh is call llanbederr pont steffan, generally most places start with a Ll llanybyder, a hard to speak language i think lol, im officially welsh coz i was born in pontypool gwent, well you probably knew all of that already but it is a beautiful place to live x

  thanks i bought the book but i havent picked it up in a while, ive put things on hold or perhaps gone back to my old ways maybe never really got started properly, but maybe this is what my experience is meant to be, im hoping to find my motivation real soon, thanks again for the help x

  Thanks, for hitting me back. Yea I was out of my Lactulose for almost 4 days finalley it arrived yester day. Yea amonia really messes with your mind. I keep my spirits up the best that I can brother. Here lately it's been sorta' hard but I am strong minded enough, that IF and only IF I stay clean and sober I am a very stable person and get along real well. Sometimes I find that I do feel sorry for myself, and when I do I just devert my thoughts to happier ones. Right now it's dealing with the confusion issue and my sugar levels that have been really hard to deal with. Thanks....

  GOOD Man, SO glad you are feeling strong, and I hope your sides are few Bro'. Yes I agree crack heads are hard to work with, as I am living proff. It really wasn't a drug of choice but it always seemed to be around. Well, you know. I have said that very thing, " Thanks but I've got it from here", as well. I am in a little battle that I really hate and it's with my amonia levels. The VA has faid to ship mine and I'm so confused. One doesn't know unless they experience this feeling, but it's scary. My Lac. should be here AT LEAST by tomorrow. I've ask a married couple that are just great friends to come over when they can, and they've been super, as a matter of fact one of them usually take me to my appointments, as I get so confused. Well It will all work out. I can't tell you how I appreciate you help. i.e. the cd's, that's a HUGE help man, and take your time, as I know you have many things on your plate.
