SSBM is nuts.  We can all agree on that.  However, DH lets her be!  Last night he called his attorney for legal advise on the summer & he said "follow the parenting plan".  So after that DH agrees to deviate from the plan (only by a day, cost cheaper for us, and he has his kids longer), but it still irks me!  Mostly because SSBM is just that!  But whatever, he bends and gives into her he will have to pay for it.

Ok, here is Karma....after all the fighting...literally since February they finally come to an agreement last night (one not following the parenting plan).  DH gets an email from her today and says, well not to piss you off, but since we don't actually have an agreement, I have an offer to go to a photo shoot the 14-15 of June so the kids wouldn't be able to fly out until the 16th, but it's cheaper for you so no big deal.  Oh, and if that is the case then they can fly home the 2nd (in the parenting plan).  Funny thing, is they had a verbal agreement, DH modified her horribly written crap signed it and emailed it back to her.  All she had to do was sign it, but since she hasn't signed it yet, they don't officially have an agreement.
