My ex-doctor on campus (A female one), always love to touch me everytime she see me. The touch is non-sexual. Just she love to held my hand, a pet on my back and shoulder. Last week i saw her and she helped me to fix my T-shirt's collar. And it feel comforting but confusing at the sametime. I don't know how to tell her it make me feel confusing and uncomfortable. I am so confused.

Can't you just tell her? Or ask "Why is it you do that?" She might ask if you don't want her to do it, but that's up to you whether or not you want her to. You can explain to her why you asked her why she touches you, it confuses you. While it might be on the inappropriate side, she probably assumes it is comforting to you. It woudn't hurt to question her a little.
