Open Anxiety

I deal with anxiety all the time. Sometimes it is so bad I can't leave the house or go grocery shopping or even go into a car wash. I have panic attacks when it gets so bad. I haven't worked since summer of 2004 because of it and the depression I have.

Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful

When I'm having a panic attack doing this helps along with someone talking to me.

Lexapro Working / Worked

This worked but I was changed to Cymbalta which works better for me to help my depression and anxiety.

Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful

Along with meds this does help.

Zoloft Not Working

I tried this and lost my memory on it. I was up to 200mgs. I felt my memory slipping it was so scary.

This is what seems to be working the best at this time. I'm on 80mgs. I can't go down to 60 I've tried then my panic attacks come back.
