I have not been diagnosed with chronic fatigue as of yet but I am constantly fatigued, have a lot of pain and have brain fog for years now.

Open Food Allergies
I recently have become aware that I am allergic to Dairy and anything to do with dairy such as eggs, whey, or caesin. When I eat it I break out in a rash and itch all over and have asthma attacks. Ohh how I love Ice Cream and Pizza though!!!
