well today has been the second day of meds for me. so far so good. i have remembered to take them all. i am however having trouble with coming up with things to eat that wont make me  want to eat too much. i am trying to stay away from alot of things now.i may not have them ever again,if all goes well. any ways alot of the stuff i ate before was not good for me to eat,so i am better off not having it at all.

 

i hope to go out for a walk later on the treadmill i am shooting for about a half hour on that and a half hour on the bike.so it will be one hour. i just had a good salad and some beef with vegies.that was my dinner.my problem will come later when i want a snack later. what can i have to eat that will not raise my blood sugars too much.

 

but i have to figure this out and soon. i have trouble counting carbs. i have all the books and have read them,but i am still having trouble understanding them and i always eat too much. this is why i need a buddy.i need help with keeping me in check with the carbs. so if you want to be my buddy please share your ideas with me. at this point i need them  real bad.

    i cant be ur buddy as i eat a lot of carbs. i snack on mini carrots. when im done eating for the day i brush my teeth w/something nasty so i dont wanna eat

    What about yogurt? I get the plain yogurt & add jelly in the amount I want to be responsible for. Also you can add your fruit portion for the day to it.

    Have you been to the WHY WEIGHT? LETS LOSE group?

    Well I have some ideas for you. I eat 8 oz. of lean protein per day. I only allow myself 2 slices of regular bread per day and/or 4 slices of light bread per day. You know what, I am living by the ADA diet. It's actually for diabetics so it would be perfect for you. I will send it to you. It's very doable. i will send it to you in a personal message. I am not diabetic. For me, it's preventive, but it sure does help with the weight loss. You will lose the weight IF you stick to it. Keep the faith.
