not well had gotten a cold and then something else happened had like this trapped up gas or something, had to go to the hospital, it cleared up but the pain was rediculous my ribs were killing me was rolling around on the floor screaming and sweating, and i wasnt even having a good time

hey hey hey good to see your back can ya tell yeah ha LOL I'm good 13 months tomorrow I'm in Scotland in 2 weeks tomorrow for me 10k run I'm training quite alot well every night all good more imporantly how are you are you ok I'll have to catch up with you soon just on way to work I'm typing this on me new iPhone it's cool I'm so pleased your back we have all missed that smilie face :-) xxmarky markxx

Good morning my precious and special friend, how are you today. I am not doing so good, I have got my friend here right by my side helping me type this as I am hardly able to have the strength to sit up by my self, My friend is calling the doctor out today to see me and check me over.
