I read your post and feel your pain. Yes it seems fair to move the kids, but she likely won't feel like that. How easy will it be for her and her other to find employment in a new location? And does he have kids...etc. Gets so complicated with divorce. I wish you lots of luck.

Close Breakups & Divorce
I've been separated since the summer of 2005. The break-up of the marriage was my wife's choice. We're civil to each other, but I must admit I'm challenged by the fact the she's in her home town, with her family and support network, and mine are a 1000+ miles away. Might be a silly view, but for me personally, I'm finding it difficult.
