Hi sorry havent been around been in hospital had a seizure and fell down the stairs,doctors said i was lucky to survive been asleep for over 2 weeks i knew nothing about it ,hope steve and yourself well missed you all my love shirlxx

My son at the age of 17 was attacked by a group of boys and was hit in the right side of the head with a metal baseball bat. After brain surgery where they removed a golf ball sized blood clott he now has grand mal seizures and we are still on the hunt for the right medication that works.
Treatments
Ativan (Somewhat Helpful) Sometimes works when it is taken at the right time.
Dilantin (Working / Worked) Very allergic.
Keppra (Working / Worked) It's been about a month or so now and no seizures. Hooray!!!
Lamictal (Not Working) By itself, did nothing. Neuro is hoping it will help with the side effects from other meds.
Mums Loving (Working / Worked) I'm here you him whenever and whereever he needs me. Reading lots and asking lots of questions.
