I unfortunately got into the chocolate today -not terribly, I had two dinner mints and a row of dairy chocolate...  but all the same I felt that 5% should be deducted from my getting back into shape! I wanted that to be titled 'get back into shape' rather than diet. Because often I figured when I think of a diet, I think I feel the pressure of it. Of course I ate other things.. just that was not so good. Um.. I did 45min cardio and 15 weights yesterday and hope to do the same tommorrow..

 

Here's my plan:

 

Monday - Body Cardio class and 40min weights

Wednesday - Body balance and abs

Friday - 40 cardio and 20min weights

Sunday - 40 cardio and abs

 

Feeling a bit breathless, and down.. i've gone this week pretty well considering how I feel.

 

As far as diet today goes I had a plum for breakfast, soy chips and sesame crackers and cappaccino for lunch, subway for afternoon tea and the chocolate junk following, then another coffee! Haven't drunk enough water today that's for sure... but anyway I'll try not to eat too much more if I can help it.. I feel a bit ravenous though!
