thanks for sharing your story with me. Sorry if i sound nosy but i am very compassionate about my dog zieke so my curiosity got the best of me...That is lame that things won't go back to normal...It's such a drag when family relationships are strained...I'm here for u if u ever need to talk or anything :)

HI, thanks for the comment on my journal, Like you I turn to God for strenght when mine has been depleted. I am thankful he is always there. I love Jeremy Camp, Switchfoot, Casting Crowns also. Todays devotion was about relying on a wisdom that is 2000 years old but is not outdated. God and Jesus is just as relevant today. I send out prayers of hope and strenght for you. I know you have the capacity to meet all the goals you have set for yourself. Never give up. Even if it is a tiny step forward at least its not a step backward!!!

I am 41 and have struggled with my weight for 20 years. I walk regularly. I eat good food. I am not a junk food eater. I eat too much for my body. I have lost weight when I stay totally away from carbs but it wasn't realistic for me. I gained the weight back.
Treatments
Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals (Working / Worked) i lose when i stay away from carbs. nothing white. couldn't stay on forever.
Prayer (Too Soon To Tell) I believe in prayer but I am bad at praying for myself.
