I'm glad to hear that. I just got back from a little jaunt to SF. Had a wonderful time! Saw Sealions!! leaving for Chicago saturday-I get to meet Kids In Tow while Im there!!

Married to controlling, manipulative, verbally and emotionally abusive man. Took me a long time to get out. Now trying to get my son out.

Close Physical & Emotional Abuse
My stbx is extremely controlling and emotionally abusive. I left him in March 2007. My son, age 16, stayed with him because a.) he was angry with me, b.) he is afraid he will lose his father if he contradicts him. Stbx also abuses my son emotionally, and has been successsful to this point getting my son to do his bidding. Now in divorce process, and I am trying to get my son out of there.

Open Child Support & Custody
Married 31 yr, one son 15, he lves w/stbx since separation (6 mos)going for prim. residential, H is alcoholic, abusive, and a slob. Son is angry w/me, but I am prepared to deal w/ it. H got DS new cell phone, right now I don't even have the #, so can't talk to him, unless I go over to his house and pound on door (which takes courage). It's really hard, but hopefully over in 3 weeks.
Open Diabetes Type 2
DX'd about 5 yrs ago, on meds, been pretty well controlled, but suddenly meds are seeming to be less effective.
