Okay, the last 3 days have been overwhelming. I worked a double shift on Monday. I have to make extra money since I am still not getting support from Bob. Tuesday I went into work some extra hours in the morning. This is the day we were supposed to mediate but apparently Bob did not know anything about it so it is postponed for a few weeks. After working a few hours I came back home to get some stuff done. Four hours of phone calls. I spoke with my lawyer regarding some stuff and then let her know that my children along with Bob and the "whore" went to the police station and accused me of damaging the "whore's" car. They were insisting on getting me arrested. Violation of restraining order. My lawyer spoke with a police officer and they felt that Bob and the "whore" were very adamant and definitely trying to make me out to be the bad person. We had to make some changes to the parenting agreement that was done at our temporary hearing as when I try to contact Bob regarding the kids or watching the kids he will not answer or his voice mail is full so I call back. right now I am supposed to have him watch the kids if I need to work overtime or the kids are sick. This is per the judge. My lawyer ammended this that I will make one phone call and if he does not respond I will make other arrangements for the kids. I probably spent $500 in legal fees over the past two days with all of this crap. My lawyer has to do all of the footwork and guess who pays for it. To make things worse I got a document from my lawyer, a copy of the letter sent to Bob's lawyer and according to this my divorce final hearing is not scheduled until August 1st!!! WTF! We have now been separated for a year today. He has drug his feet all of this time. He initially filed the intent for divorce but I am the one paying all of the legal fees and he does not initiate anything. I guess why would he? He is shacking up with his girlfriend and left everything for me to take care of. The bills, house, kids, etc. Oh to live a life of leisure. Today I also had to sign a "quit claim deed" on my house as we lost it to foreclosure as I was not able to pay for it by myself and he refused to work with me on things. At this point we did not have lawyers involved because he was telling me that we could save our marriage he just needed time. Like hell, time, he just was dragging his feet and didn't know how to come out and tell me his so called friend is really his girlfriend who he has been sleeping with for 7 months behind my back. Blah, blah, blah. I could go on forever about this.

I am getting prepared for the snow storm that is now on us. I am planning on getting stuck at work which will be great as I need all of the extra money I can get. The only bad thing is I have already had my kids spend an extra night with their dad this week so I could work overtime and if I get stuck at work the kids need to spend antoher night with dad and the whore! Maybe I will start referring to her as the "twatwaffle". I really do like that better. Still laughing.

Looking forward to the weekend. I have plans with the family and maybe even get a chance to see the guy I am dating, that is if I am still dating him. Not sure still where that is going. I guess I will find out soon enough. For now.....Good night!
