Roxy and earthquakes...
Roxy has an upper respiratory infection - I CAN'T ESCAPE THEM ONE WAY OR ANOTHER THEY ARE GOING TO GET ME!!!!!! …
Roxy was just at the vet on Wednesday, but the nose running didn't start in earnest until Wednesday night. She's had all her shots except for the second distemper. I'm goinng to call the vet today to find out if we should bring her back in. It might be alergies but she has so much snot that I'm hoping its a cold, because I can't live like this - boogers eeeuuuuwwww! Course I am not much better than poor Roxy.
I finished my last antibiotic on Monday night and now my throat is sore again - I'm feeling snotty and I'm getting depressed. We can't catch colds from dogs can we? I guess I am calling the doc for an appointment. For crying out loud when will it end? Oh well, at least I managed to get a whole mile in of walking throughout the day - although my right hip wasn't too happy about it. Oh well, have a good day everyone...hugs jilly

Still working on homework, but got sidetracked by Bones and House tonight - new episodes, finally! Roxy is snot free …
Well we are off to the vet to get Roxy her final distemper shot. She had to start over because of being sick. She loves …
Hey Jilly - the shot may have caused the cold - if it lowers immune system, etc. Could be Roxy caught the cold from you? Kidding. I hope you're both feeling better soon. Big hug - Lisa

I had a cat that had a chronic respiratory condition. This cat sneezed and sniffled for the most part of his laugh. I had to wipe his snotty little nose all the time and had kitty boogers all over the place! I could soooo relate to you with Roxy. It's like dealing with a sick, snot-nosed kid-LOL!

I still think it is possible for you to be allergic to the dander on Roxy. Maybe the cats too? I know you don't want to hear that, but that could be why you are always sick? Unfortunately I learned this lesson first hand with our first dog Blitzie. I got sick, developed bronchial ashtma and ended up in the hospital cause I wasn't getting better. The doc RX was to get rid of the dog. I was heartsick but Jack had to give him away before I could come home. Hope this isn't the problem but it is a possibility? Talk to your dr about it. I'm sorry you are still feeling bad Jilly, gosh, can't the dr. give you something strong enough to know it out? Have you though about this being spring allergies. I feel like you do in the spring. Sore through, sinus infections and you name it. Dr. finally put me on zyrtec and it finally cleared up.
I hope Roxy just has a cold.
(((hugs)))
