Dinner: Boca Burger w/100 calorie wheat english muffin - 2t NF yogurt, 2t brown mustard, 2 slices tomato, lettuce; salad with 2T LF dressing, tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions.
Dessert: 100 calorie bag of popcorn
