Okay after a week with friends I'm back home to deal with the quiet and mess.  I got home to find that PO had not made a bike payment while I was gone and my bank has suspended my ATM and Debit Card till the account is brought current.  I am going to have to go see a lawyer about what to do in this situation cause he's not going to pay for it and I'm not going to sit here and let it ruin my credit.  If there is going to be a black mark on my credit I'd rather file bankruptcy and get a fresh start totally.  anyone with this experience??

I have not been feeling so well lately but just keep making myself get up out of bed and go on as if there isn't anything wrong......depression isn't going to kill me.
