In January I lost the love of my life, to Pancreatic Cancer. I have had difficulty with depression and grief. I have a daughter and two grandchildren whom I love to spend time with. I love my conure, and two dogs. My spiritual beliefs are around new age thinking. My spirituality is very important to me. It's becoming more important as I go through these emotional struggles.

I thought for many years that I had BP disorder, but I was given other diagnoses. Thus, I received ineffective treatments. My symptoms have finally been noticed, since I started keeping a log. Now, I am hopeful that the medications and therapy will help. JP
I have had symptoms of bipolar disorder for as long as I can recall. But I have also experienced paranoia. So, I am diagnosed as Schizoaffective, Bipolar type. The Bipolar tendencies have been buried under meds for many years. It wasn't until recently that I started listing my symptoms and shared this with my pdoc that I was correctly diagnosed.
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 15 years ago. Since, I have been to chiropractors, had P.T. many times, had accupuncture, massages and most recently had an epidural injection to help with the back pain. Now, I'm in aqua therapy. I am hoping this will help.
