My hobbies are reading, gardening, geocaching, DS and hiking in our beautiful mountains. I love animals and anything to do with nature and being outside. I've been married for almost 25 years now (time sure does fly!) and we have one terrific teenage son and six pets. The pets know they've got us outnumbered and rule the house!

I've steadily gained weight for the last 20 years or so, and now need to lose a lot. I want to look my best, but now I'm concerned about my health.
