i have started my Daisytopia exercise routine..god dam the woman who invented exercise DVD's :P i tried doing a pilates dvd and i still cant go for more than 10 minutes let alone touch my fucking toes!
However i have been good and have been doing weights using dudes gym shit and have been doing big walk(2-3 kms) one day small walk/gym shit other day and i am feeling better!
i havent gone cold turkey on my junk food but i am weaning myself of and so far its working no urgent trips to the shops for a sugar fix wooohooo
woll do a weigh in on sunday!!!

Good to hear that you are working on gettig back into shape and staying away from the junk food, just take one dayat a time and slowly it will become normal, though I know right now it can seemhard at times, the end results will be great and you will feel so great for achieving this goal
