Thats great your almost through. I too have 12 weeks left. Lets keep our fingers crossed. I have the same sides as you. It's wierd, sometimes the day after my shot, I'll either be cold and take lots of hot showers and wear sweaters, OR I'll be all hot and have to crank the AC. Even then I can feel the sweat on the back of my neck and in my hair. It's like sweating that crap out. We're excited about 12 weeks left. That's funny considering that many people only need 24 weeks. But for us 48 weekers, 12 weeks seems very much shorter. We're almost in single digits. Best of luck.
The main thing to be careful of is to make sure that the ALA and/or the milk thistle. While I don't believe in milk thistle (it did absolutely nothing for me), it has a certain color, odor, and look. Many times people go to this Dr. Berkson with their ALA and milk thistle, only to be told that it's fake. None of this stuff, even workout supplements are regulated and therefore many are just inert ingredients. So just be careful what you buy. I could ask some of my friends who take that stuff what brand the Dr. recommends if you'd like. Just let me know.
Hi there, how are you doing. Screwed up my back somehow on Sunday so off to doc for some muscel relaxers. Hopen to head up to Maine next week, we picked up a trailer for the bike so we can go exploring while we are there
In response to your post on alternative treatments that work in the hep C forun, maltrexone was the drug the vet told me they use in conjunction with the ALA. I'd never heard of it before. I asked, "naltrexone?" and she said "no. Maltrexone." So maybe it is a chemo drug. All I know is these people don't have the sides that the interferon combo tx gives people. The Doctor even wrote a book called "The Alpha Lipoic Breakthrough."
Good morning Joan, just read and commented on youf last JI. What's going on with you son? Please let me know...I'm off to see the grandbaby today, he's coming home. It's been like a circus at the hospital so I haven't been up there much since the birth. Tiffany is exausted and his family is just suffocating her. That's about to change, Mommy is going over there and clean house!!! You wouldn't believe some of the things that they have put her though during this birth, you'd think he'd had the c-section....Talk to you soon...love you girl.
