Yes, I hear the nausea thing! I've only had a handful of panic attacks, but they all ended with intense nausea and then passing out. Luckily it's been years since I had one, but I still have generalized anxiety issues.

I get a rapid heartbeat and burning in my neck and shaky hands, but the worst is the nausea. It starts out as butterflies and if the panic is untreated at the beginning, a full panic attack leaves me me bent over a toilet somewhere. For years I thought it was me being allergic to certain foods, or having some weird stomach condition. I only realized it was anxiety last October.
