My back hurts so bad. My dad took me to the hospital today and I fractured a lower lumbar bone. (Lower back bone.) I cant even sit up it hurts so bad, my back is really black and blue its so gross. I'm supposed to stay in bed for two weeks but as most of you know that won't happen. I hate just laying around but it hurts to do anything else.
