Hi went to sleep about 11.30pm then woke up at about 3.00am with silent seizures ,when you want to shout but cant also you dont shake either, there is nothing you can do its like being buried alive !! I dont no why they our caused or what causes them. I am ok now , and i hope everyone else is well love shirlxx
