About Me: when i was 15 years old i went to a school leaving party a girl pushed me i banged my head and have had epilepsy ever since. i am married with 3 grown up children. and 3 granchildren. i have avns fitted and am on a lot of medication my husband is my carer and does not work.has my epilepsy is now very bad.

hi honey well another glorious day ive got a splitting headache and my eyesight was all fuzzy for a good half hour ..i guess it was too much sun not used to it ..i wasnt sitting out just putting washing out scrubbing my patio steps ...washing my garden gnomes .and putting in my new solar lights in and threw all the old ones out ..i love to see them all lit up at night ...hope youve had a good day ...glitter hugs ....xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I started my epilepsy when i was 13yrs when i was at primary i did say 15 my eldest brother remembers me being at primary school and i had to be put in a classroom on my own because of my epilepsy the children were scared and didnt understand i had no friends because of this but who needs friends when i had parents and 2 older sister 3 brothers 2 older 1 younger.
Treatments
Keppra (Too Soon To Tell) Keppra 750mg morning and 1000mg night,sure makes me sleep alot.
Clobazam (Not Working) morning only doesnt work. i think it gives me a rash on the face.
epanutin caps 100mg (Not Working) still taking at night not doing any good.
Keppra (Too Soon To Tell) Keppra 1000mg morning just started on it.
Lamictal (Not Working) use morning and evening still nothing helps with the long fits lasting over 1 hour
Tegretol (Not Working) morning and night.
Vagus nerve stimulation (Working / Worked) works well when multiple seizures start to happen.
flouxetine (Working / Worked) Only just started 26th october

Hi i was pushed at school at 15 the brain damage caused epilepsy from shirl.
Treatments
brain scan and tablets (Working / Worked) I am starting to get really bad pains on the right side of my brain and ear ive seen no doctors yet i am scared from shirl p.s just in case its a brain tumour

I was born in Australa we were only there 2 years in that time i got sunstroke, which turned to eczema.I have been in and out of hospital because of it being so bad , wrapped up in cold tar bandages in hospital also getting called names at school. 45yrs old and still have it i am fair so i try to keep out of the sun as much as possible love shirls.
Treatments
dermovate ointment. (Not Working) Very itchy especially hot weather.Face,arms and legs.
Oilatum bath oil plus (Somewhat Helpful) Been using since young 3 capfuls in bath
Aqueous cream Bp (Somewhat Helpful) Soap substitute
Cortopin Hydrocortisne cream (Working / Worked) face only great cream
