In the Hospital Once Again:( Mood

Friday, June 6, 2008 | A Frustrating story

Hi everyone,

I'm in the hospital again. I went in last night 6/5/08 and should get out by Monday 6/9/08. They increased my Abilify to 30mg 10mg at 4:00pm and 20mg at 8:00pm. My Buspar and Cymbalta stayed the same. I fell apart at the seams and wasn't feeling safe at home so the hospital was the best choice for me at that time but as I said before I want to make this the last time I'm in the hospital. So I'm going to work my butt off to try and change my life for the better.

On a positive note I went on a first date with a really nice guy on Wednesday. His name is Scott and he's got mental health issues like I do so we relate to each other. We went out to dinner at a family restaurant. The date lasted almost an hour and we talked about all kinds of stuff. It went pretty well.

I'm glad you realized that the hospital was the best choice and took advantage of that. Hopefully you won't need it again but if you don't be hard on yourself about it. It's there to help us. Glad the date went well. ***HUGS*** Take care.
