8 lbs. is quite an acomplishment! I know because a couple of months ago I also lost 8 pounds. At first I was disappointed as I thought I had lost over ten. Yet I realized that even 8 pounds allowed me to feel much better about myself. Unfortunately, I gained it all back! Rats! Well, I'm hoping to lose again--right now I'd love to have that 8 lbs. gone. So keep up the great work!
