my story is one of neglect multiable sexual abusers self hate self abuse.How i got better was i was not willing to be a victim any more.I decided to take responseabilty for my life there were so many missing gaps with my life in how to care for myself i got off poor little old me but i still gave myself space to grieve the huge loss that was in my life i treated myself with the kind of care i had always wanted i only lived for the day & if it was really bad it was for 5mins the books that helped me were You can heal your life by Louise L Hay You will get through this OK so many of us have walked this path you are not alone not ever

In my dark days all i thought about was wishing my life was over some how i came out the other side i did a lot of alternative stuff like accupunture it was life saving i went & saw a healer too all helpful as i had to get on top of it as i was a single mother you do get through it eventually
