Hey Kat, thanks and sorry to hear about your back hurting too. There isn't much I can do for my back when it is hurting, so I just try to take it easy and lay down. I don't take pain meds because they never work for me. So I just try to deal with as best as I can. My back has been hurting since 2005 just some days worst than others and now has become a part of my everyday life. Which sucks. I hope you feel better...oh sometimes a hot shower or bath helps me relax alittle
