hi everyone, just a update where im at in my life.. my relationship with T is going well, i have detached from family members who dont know how to validate, and i have am working on acting and not reacting,, my daughter starts a new job, and i hope she lives her life on her terms, , has the courage of her convictions.. feelings come so fast at times, i wear heart on my sleeve, but im grateful for my Heart.. i wish the best for all of u, and if i can be there and try and be helpful, i will do my best..dinz

well, fathers day is well in 45 minutes or so, im meeting courtney at her new place near boston, we usually have anice lunch, a coffee, and a take a walk and just talk..

hi all, things are going well, having good days, a girlfriend that actually likes me, im still working out with my gang 3 days a week... going to start the tennis soon, i have been procrastinating, dont know why? trying to not get into everyone else drama.. meaning family.. working on the addiction of excitement.. courtney is ina new apt, and shes seems happy.. i will keep on keeping on, and maybe help one person out there.. dinz p.s still working on my anger issues.. keep your heads up everyone
