Monday, June 30: The gal from the wheelchair company called about 10 this morning and said she would have the tech out here tomorrow morning. She had also been forwarded the message about the other bolt breaking and thus leaving my husband with no footplates. I guess you have to get bitchy to get someplace now a days. Now, I just have to get this newbie straightened out on ebay as to how to send out an invoice. We're giving up on her and just sending a moneyorder. We were new once, to selling things on ebay but, I don't recall ever screwing up an invoice like this gal has.
