Rough night
Monday, May 5: Just after 10 last night as I was getting Rob into his recliner for bed, he fell. Not hard …
Friday, May 16: Well, we got another week done, only 5 days next wk and 4 the next and school will be out. Got to be back in Bay City for baccalaureate on Sunday so I won't get too much done around the house then. Maybe after we get back home. Tomorrow is Rob's and my wedding anniversary. We'll be married 28 yrs. After losing my brother-in-law 2 wks ago, just a month and a half shy of their 40th anniversary, I sometimes wonder how many we have left. I know that AnnArbor told us that he has a slow progressing ALS, the strength and movement that he has lost over the past yr or so has me wondering. Maybe Annemarie will set something up for me to have someone come to the house to start helping me. We'll wait and see.
Got the majority of the laundry done and the floors cleaned today as well as weed killer on the growth in the train layout in the back yard. Going to have to get after Chris as Rob wanted him to get the grass cut tonight and possibly till the garden over. I'm not planning on planting a whole lot this year but, I do enjoy getting out there and puttering around. Need to spade over the flower beds as well. So much to do and so little time to do it. Just like the money, there is always too much month left at the end of the money...
Hope everyone has a great weekend.

If you don't have help already, you should be able to. I have done that kind of thing in Minnesota, and Wisconsin. I go in, give bath's, make dinners, do errands, clean, generally do what they can't even if there is a spouse. It is also to give you time for yourself. Check with his DR and your county social services. They are who co ordinates it. Sometimes the county pays, sometimes your insurance, depends on what guidelines, and what you have for coverage. Most of my clients get it paid for by the county, or state, if not insurance. The rich lady pays for it herself.
