    I believe we all need to find the spiritual side of us and feed it so it can grow and we can be imitators of Christ. I love to meet new people and share experiences about our lives. I believe we all are special people in our own way, sometimes we just need to meet different people to bring all our inhibitions out. I own an alteration shop.

    Interests

    I love to read my Bible. Preach the good news of Gods kingdom. Let's all take in the knowledge that leads to everlasting life John 17:3. Let's heed the signs Jesus gave at Matt.24 and be like faithful Noah and not like the ones who took no note. I love to play volleyball (when not hurting) Enjoy fishing. Love to sew & COOK!!!!!!! Enjoy camping & Fishing and can finally take my fish off the hook. Still can't touch the worm though.

      Diagnosed with RA and never knew what pain was till then. My little sister was diagnosed with it @ 13 and she's now 36 and on disability. My Doc says that I probably have a couple of years left before I have to look @ disability. It's a terrible disease I don't wish for anyone to experience!

      Treatments

      Glucosamine/Chondroitin Not Working
      Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
      I take this because I need to try whatever I can.
      Methotrexate Working / Worked
      Makes my tummy sick and I feel tired.
      MSM Not Working
      Prednisone Somewhat Helpful
      I just about can't manage without these pills.
      Tylenol Somewhat Helpful
      Some of the time
      Folic Acid Working / Worked
      This is required with Methotrexate
      Prayer Working / Worked

    • Close Hypothyroidism

      I am hypothroid and have been on meds for quite sometime now. I got off my medicine for about 5 months and it was the worst experience. I will always stay on my meds.

      Know I have to be on meds for the rest of my life.

      I didn't think anyone else had this. I remember when I was diagnosed from a doctor who did a lip biopsy and was guided through it on the phone by another doctor who is now my RA Doc. I don't really know if they take this serious. And if I should?

      Diagnosed with Asthma after having pneumonia in 1995. I remember the year because that was the year My Grandma died and I loved her so much. She came to stay at my apartment to pass away because she wanted to die in her bed and she had given it to me.

      Having to take MTX & Hydrco & other meds makes it kinda hard to see which one makes me drowsy, dizzy, & just can't think too clear.

      I never use to be overwiehgt, but now, oh yea, doesn't feel too good. Being on the meds I'm on doesn't help either. I do exercise when my RA allows but not as dedicated as I would like to be! HElP!!!!
