I live in Australia and Work as a Teachers Aide. Enjoy working with children. Volunteer with the CFA which a fire authority here in Australia. I enjoy listening to relaxation music to help with my depression. I am taking up Aromatherapy to help as well. I will try anything once!! Trying to get out of this black hole too.

Close Psoriasis
I suffer from Psoriasis and have lived with it most of my life. I also have the arthrittis ascociated with it.
Treatments
- Coal Tar Not Working
- Dovonex Somewhat Helpful
- Made my healthy skin very sore
- Hydrocortisone Working / Worked
- Working only on my eyes.
- Phototherapy Not Working
- Started an outbreak on unaffected skin
- Methotrexate Somewhat Helpful
- Did work at first but my health was not coping with the side affects. Worked well for the arthritis
- Coal Tar Not Working
- Dovonex Somewhat Helpful
- Hydrocortisone Somewhat Helpful
- Phototherapy Not Working

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionHave depression for the past 23 years only officially diagnosed 7 months ago! Also have PTSD.

Open Alcoholism
My brother is an alcoholic. He nearly died 3 times last year and up until 5 weeks ago he was sober for a year and a bit. He has started drinking again and now I am really worried. I now know why he is drinking. It's the same reason why I have severe depression. I am having touble coping and don't know what to do help.
