Hi, sorry I couldn't chat with you earlier today but I was expecting a call from the Alzheimers association so I had to get off to free up the phone line. Of course I waited the whole day for her to call and she didn't so things are still up in the air. So far I've not had very good luck using the chat thing here. One time nothing worked and the other we got a few lines sent back and forth then nothing would work. It's very frustrating.
