I'm not sure how bad your scars are so I won't lie to you. I am a nurse and have been for 26 years. There are things for you to do to help them. In the US and hopefully you can get some there is a topical medicine called Mederma. It helps to fade and flatten the scars. All scars fade on their own in time to some degree. What you have to remember is your scars DO NOT define you. I have a website where I make t-shirts and bumper stickers and stuff. We need to make you a t-shirt with claw marks down the front that says "DAMN CAT!" Hugs and Love to you!

I know how hard it is when people notice the scars and freak...I'm not sure how bad yours are, but mine are all gone now. Hopefully with time, yours will too. Is there anything you could put on them to make them go away? I know Vitamin E always worked for me.

My scars on on the upper part of my left arm, so I understand. I get people asking me almost every other day where I got those scars from and I don't even have to worry about taking my clothes off to go swimming... I just tell them it's a long story and brush them off. I've heard Vitamin E works wonders... then there's creams like Mederma and stuff, but I tried ScarZone and it didn't do much for me. I've heard if you take the Vitamin E liquid gelcaps, open them up and rub the oil on the scars it will help heal the tissue. Try it and let me know how it goes.

I have scars also... and yeah, the raised ones are so much more visible. but, no one judges me because of them. Sure I get questioning looks, but I am me and I don't walk around like I'm a monster. If you make like you're ashamed of your body, then others will see that and they too, will shy away. Show you don't care what they think, you've lived through shit and you survived. You're strong. Stronger than they are. Don't let them overcome you. much love.
