I'll admit it, I like to cook, lo\/e to cook actually, and I'm pretty good at it
There are problems in\/ol\/ed in this howe\/er, firstly, I can't find my food processor, I know I ha\/e one, I'm just not sure where, I know I saw it, and I put it somewhere, and really, my place isn't that big, so it should be fairly ob\/ious, but it's not
Secondly, I don't know how to cook for one to three people, I cook for many, so there is always way too much, and I don't do lefto\/ers well, I get something in my head and just go with it
I don't follow recipes, those are rules, and I'm not so good with those, oh, don't get me wrong, I'll READ a recipe, and figure that I ha\/e what is in it, or can substitute, the rest? amounts and measurements are merely a suggestion, so nothing is e\/er the same twice, and nothing that I'\/e whipped up from scratch has e\/er gone horribly wrong
Things I seem to be physically incapble of making? Yes, there are some and you'll laugh, Rice Krispie squares, I can't do it, I fuck 'em up e\/ery time, and microwa\/e popcorn, always screw that up too, not sure why
I like shrimp, but the whole peel the shell and rip the legs off just totally grosses me out, but dammit, I was in the mood for pasta and seafood of SOME sort, so tonight? Rotini with a nice \/odka cream sauce, crab and shrimp, crab is a pain in the ass, because there's the whole rip it from the leg thing, and again, with the rip the legs off thing, yeah, but again, I made enough for about ele\/enty fi\/e people, so I ha\/e way too much left, and NOBODY except ME eats this
SO if anyone isn't busy tonight, c'mon by, we'll ha\/e some pasta and play scrabble
