Hello, I can't respon to your discussion post because I'm not in the group, but I wanted to say, I was on abilify for a couple of months a few years ago, and like you said, it made things so much worse. I was dizzy and foggy, hyper and couldn't control my thinking. I felt like I was spinning in one direction and everything around me spinning in another. I had my doctor take me off of it. :-)

wow very cool, cant say ive ever been though. the mixed ones are the worst dude. i have been a pretty down but im hopefully coming out of it. Yea i catch some rockfish mostly, i love being on the water i get away on that pier alot esp when i dont want to be around the fam.

I am very blessed. I have pretty good health considering. I feel so stable lately I really dont get it. I feel like me ..Im waiting for the crash ...uh oh ..lol How have you been feeling ?

hey thx for the hug :) im doing well, got back from some more training with NAMI over the weekend. yeah i love fish! and fishing : ) My back yard is the river i got out on the dock at night and fish sometimes. hows everything with you?
