so my left arm still hurts. from like my elbow up. it's hard to lift things. i'm sure it'll be fine...it's either from falling off that raised bed, or sleep on that floor (which was hard). so mom was kind of making mean comments about me not knowing certain spelling words. not my fault you've slacked off teaching me. then she critisized me for not getting up early. she didn't even come over until 1130. so don't critisize me. all in a day's torture. she and my brother were cleaning today glad i didn't get sucked into it.

and mom said after the critisizing that she needs to take  my dad to middleborough. why can't i know? i didn't ask why. quite frankly, icould use them both out of my hair. even though i'd like to spend more time with my dad.
