I know... okay.... I'm closing my eyes in 1 minute. I think I'll get HALT tattoed on my fingers.. that way when I get in a fight with someone and I make a fist they will read HALT to stop. And I will know what it really means... that made no sense. Okay time for sleep. i love you sister, so much. Have a good night... talk en la manana... legs

You're right.. i am feeling pretty vulnerable today. It helps seeing all the ways I could feel triggered....Success makes me nervous and want to pick up, too. It'll be okay. Yes, I think a meeting would be a great way to finish off the day before I crash. Thanks for checking on me, Bato.... you are precious too... love you, sis

Bato baby!!!!!! I'm off work now.. just waiting for therapy to start. (it's never good to go to therapy on NO sleep.) my mind is usually cream. Then after therapy I go meet with my artist friend and discuss my salary and my future with him. Then I can go home and hopefully, sleep, which is contingent on whether there are any notes on my door when I get home... How are you feeling today,, sis?

Sister friend is totally what I'd consider you, Bato. No worries with that. I don't feel too bad, surprisingly. Maybe in a trauma state for a few hours yesterday and then exhausted. But not too bad. Thanks for the hugs. They help tremendously. You and Lucyboo are my companions in the family feud.
