  I think you should be aggressive. Aggressive is what gets the job done. They don't like to deal with people that won't bend over and let people blow smoke up their ass. Be aggressive.... I'm sorry you are in pain. I wish I could do something for you. Yeah my pt.s heart went a little wacky atrial fibrillation... better now. close monitoring for the rest of the day.   I'm working..... had to make a trip to the ER this morning... I've been busy today.... I can't wait to get home in 8 hours. I'm still pretty tired. I did sleep last night though and it felt really good. (that was nurturing).. still working on the loving myself thing. Never tried it before, however, times are changing..   I know... okay.... I'm closing my eyes in 1 minute. I think I'll get HALT tattoed on my fingers.. that way when I get in a fight with someone and I make a fist they will read HALT to stop.   You're right.. i am feeling pretty vulnerable today. It helps seeing all the ways I could feel triggered....Success makes me nervous and want to pick up, too. It'll be okay.
